OSLO HEALTH & FITNESS CLASSES
Oslo Health & Fitness Morwell offers an extensive group fitness timetable with 20+ sessions per week. Each class is designed by our trainers in the club, meaning no two workouts are the same and that they can be catered and adjusted to suit all fitness levels and ages. Group fitness is included with your membership at no additional cost making it easy for members to come, get the push they need and smash out a great workout. This 45 minute strength class focuses on exercises to work your back, chest, biceps and core. Focus on push and pull movements that help target, tone and sculpt the main muscle groups in the upper body as well as targeting the core.

BoxFit is a 45 minute class which involves the muscles of the core, upper body, shoulders and hips. It uis also a great cardio and strength workout. BoxFit can help improves agility skills, the cardiovascular system and overall strength. Class may include crunches, skipping, basic boxing in order to get you moving like a real boxer while getting fit and toned.

A 45 minute full body workout designed to help muscular strength and endurance. With the use of both resistance equipment and body weight to target all major muscle groups to help you become stronger. From a group class being based anywhere from supersets, AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) to circuits, you’ll leave each class feeling strong!

This 45 minute strength building class focuses on movements that target and sculpt the main muscle groups including upper body, lower body and core. Low impact exercises using a combination of body weight and resistance training, suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
TRAINERS
Our Oslo trainers are here to guide you through your workouts! A one on one personal training session is beneficial for those who are new to our facility, unsure on where to start, would like help with their progression or just need somebody to help push them through their sessions. If you are interested in booking a one on one personal training session or even a complimentary program to help get you started please let our staff know and we will be able to arrange a time and day with one of our trainers.
Alternatively, you may join in on our group fitness classes where our instructors will be with you to guide and push you to your limits in a controlled, fun environment.
Our group fitness classes are included with your membership cost and suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
