Ingredients:

  •  450g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling)

Instructions:

  •  In a bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

  • Thread the marinated prawns onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the prawn are pink and opaque.
  • Once the prawns are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  • Serve the spicy grilled prawn skewers with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
