Each class is designed by our trainers in the club, meaning no two workouts are the same and that they can be catered and adjusted to suit all fitness levels and ages.

Lift It! - Lower Body
Perfect for those who tend to skip leg day, a 45 minute dedicated lower body blasting session to build strength. Prepare to feel the burn!
Core/Flexibility
Ab and core work is often overlooked in most exercise programs, but this class is the perfect solution! 45 minutes of core strength building, beach body sculpting ab exercises and finishing with exercises to test and improve your flexibility.
Lift It! - Upper Body
A 45 minute upper body strengthening session mixing in compound and isolation movements to increase muscle mass and strengthen joints!
The Oslo Circuit
A classical approach to group fitness training with an Oslo touch. All that stands between you and home time are unique cardio exercise stations… and lots of them! Complete the circuit by yourself or partner-up with a friend, the choice is yours!

1-on-1 personal training
A 1-on-1 personal training session is beneficial for those who are new to our facility, unsure on where to start, would like help with their progression or just need somebody to help push them through their sessions. If you are interested in booking a 1-on-1 personal training session or even a complimentary program to help get you started please let our staff know and we will be able to arrange a time and day with one of our trainers.
Group Fitness classes
Join in on our group fitness classes where our instructors will be with you to guide and push you to your limits in a controlled, fun environment. Our group fitness classes are included with your membership cost and suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Members can access our facilities 24/7, however below are the hours the gym will be staffed:

10:00am - 7:00pm

9:00am - 6:00pm
